The Grand Champion of the 5th Asia Cup Koi Show at Taiwan was the Dainichi Showa which just won at the 43rd All Japan Koi Show 2012. The rumours said that the Dainichi Showa has been bought by a Chinese people.

The Runner up Grand Champion was a Sakai Kohaku which owned by Indonesian hobbyist, Hartono Sukwanto. The kohaku win over Konishi Nogyosai Grand Champion.
