Setelah acara 2nd Asia Grow Out Event 2010 berakhir, kali ini giliran teman-teman penghobi di Malaysia yang menerima tongkat estafet untuk melaksanakan kegiatan penghobi antar negara se-ASIA. Mereka sudah merilis preview tentang kegiatan ini. Berikut ini sadurannya :
Dear All Koi Kichis,
We are proud to be able to now take our turn to host the 3rd ASIA GROW OUT here in Malaysia. After the success of the 2nd Grow Out in Bandung, we managed to get the full support of bro FP Soo of Yamakoshi Mura to help undertake the very big task of sourcing for top quality fishes and helping keep the kois in his mudpond for the growout.
To make things more exciting, there will now be a choice of 150 fishes from 5 breeders, namely Sakai, Marudo, Omosako, Hoshikin and Dainichi (30 Fishes per breeder). All these breeders have committed to provide female guaranteed jumbo tosai for this event,
GROW OUT COMPETITION
We will select the top 3 fishes from each breeder. The first prize winners from each of the 5 breeders will be judged again to be crowned the Grand Champion. This final judging will be carried out by the breeders at the 2nd SHINKOKAI MALAYSIA KOI SHOW in early 2012.
All fishes from this 3rd ASIA Grow Out will include entry cost into the 2nd SHINKOKAI MALAYSIA KOI SHOW. At the show, the Grand Champion for the Grow Out will be chosen. All fishes entered will also compete in the categories of the SHINKOKAI MALAYSIA show and those who win prizes at the SHINKOKAI MALAYSIA show will also receive special prizes as an added bonus.
Yamakoshi Mura has kindly agreed to keep, grow and groom all by Yamakoshi using its newest Concrete/Mud Pond (120tons X 3 ponds will be utilized for this purpose),
We hope to get the support from all international koi kichi friends from Indonesia, Singapore, Thailand, East Malaysia and Brunei.
We hope to get a new volunteer committee for this 3rd Asia Grow Out event and also representatives from each country.
More details will be made available soon when they are finalised with the breeders.
