Semuanya World Class Om Abi, dari body, beni, skin & shiroji...walau hanya dilihat dr foto yg kecil. Saya pilih ikan ini karena ikan ini "lebih unggul" di body, yg menurut saya paling huge dibanding yg lain. Kiwanya excellent. Dainichi kah?

Kalo saya sih sukanya yg no 1 (kiri atas) n 4 (bawah kanan)... Smuanya bgus sekali,.. Apakah pilihan saya sama seperti para suhu2 yg senior..? Hehehe,.

General information on Kohaku Pattern Assessment: 2. Kohaku head and body patterns There are various different names for the Kohaku’s head patterns. Rounded head patterns identical to those found on Tancho are called Maruten (see Kohaku number 7 for example). Directly translated, the completed pattern appearing in a horseshoe (U) shape around the mouth area is called “Kutsubera” in Japanese (e.g. Kohaku 1). If the head pattern continues to the mouth in a narrow line it would be called “Hanatsuke” or “Tsuketsuke” (e.g. Kohaku 4). Conversely, a completely red head is called “Menkaburi” in Japanese. A single Beni on the mouth is called “Kuchibeni” in Japanese which, literally translated, means “lipstick”. A Kuchibeni, however, cannot replace a missing pattern on the top of the head.
Ideally, the end of the head pattern should reach forwards to around the height of the nostrils, but without touching them (e.g. Kohaku 7). The eyes should also remain free of Beni. If the Beni reaches up to the eye anyway, it is better if it actually runs around the eye and the eye does not have any Beni itself since experience has shown that red coloured eyes often lead to blindness. It is furthermore desirable that the Beni covers only the upper area of the gill plates. Beni that runs too far down the gill plate can quickly give a jumbo Kohaku an appearance of being a little too heavy on one side overall. The cheeks should also be free of Beni.
Kohaku without a red head pattern are unacceptable and scornfully called “Bozu” or “Hage” (“baldy”). Too few head patterns covering only one side of the head or patterns that overly dominate the head, are however also generally unacceptable.
Connected patterns moving from one half of the body to the other are called “Inazuma” (meaning “flash of lightning”). If you take a look at the middle section on Kohaku number 10 you can see what is meant by this. If the pattern clearly emphasises one side of the body or the other too much, then this is called “Kata-moyo”.
Red at the beginning of the pectoral fin is called “Motohi” or “Motoaka”. This can be acceptable on otherwise excellent Kohaku. However, if at the same time there are other weak points, it indicates further decline. We have exactly the same thing with the behaviour of the Beni on the back fin. Beni on the tail fin is unacceptable because your eye is overly drawn to it.

Rata - rata untuk auction 60 ekor Tosai ini ,dari variety Kohaku, Showa, Sanke ....... berkisar di harga 1 juta yen.
Ada juga beberapa ekor dibawah 500 rb yen....... dan tertinggi 2,5 jt yen divariety Showa.
